Product Description
EN10305, 1.4301, 1.4306, 1.4404, 1.4539, Precision capillary tube Seamless, Bright Surface, Application of waste gas treatment, precision instruments and apparatus, electronic and electronic product, spinning, weaving, appliance, automatic apparatus and medical industry.
Stainless steel capillary pipe of HDT is charactrized by excellent corrosion resistance, precision dimensions, and the inside surface free from grease, oil and other particles, which ensures optimized and even flow in the piping:
1) Steel grades:
Capillary tube of HDT is available in a wide range of stainless steel grades and duplex stainless steel grades in AISI, EN/DIN, JIS, GOST standards.
AISI: 304/304L, 316 /316L, 321/321H, 316Ti, 347 / 347H; S31803, 2205
EN/DIN: 1.4301/1.4307, 1.4401/4404, 1.4541/1.4878, 1.4571, 1.4462
2) Size range:
Outside diameter: 0.1 mm to 8 mm;
WT: 0.05 mm to 2.1mm.
Length: Capillary tubing is supplied in fixed straight lengths (mostly 6 meters), or in coil as seamless coiled tubing.
3) Delivery conditon:
Stainless steel capillary tube usually is delivered in bright annealed condition, for ensuring the inside surface without oil, grease. However, capillary tubing in annealed and pickled condition is also available on customer's requirments.
