Product Information
The CWNS type fully automatic fired hot water boiler is a fast-installed horizontal internal combustion three-pass fire tube structure. The offset furnace liner wet back layout is adopted, and the high-temperature flue gas sequentially rushes through the second and third return flue pipes, and then is discharged into the atmosphere from the back flue chamber through the chimney. The boiler is equipped with world-famous burners, adopts advanced technologies such as automatic combustion ratio adjustment, automatic feed water adjustment, program start and stop, and automatic operation, and has automatic protection functions such as operating water temperature control, over-temperature, over-pressure flameout, etc. This type of boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, simple operation, rapid installation, low pollution, low noise and high efficiency. It is widely used in enterprises, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, civil buildings and other facilities for industrial steam, life and heating.
Application
1. Boiler proprietary technology Fully wet-backed back-combustion chamber, the back-combustion chamber is butt-connected with the rear tube plate, and the boiler is 99.9% fully butt-welded, with the lowest stress and more reliable quality.
2. Large diameter corrugated furnace The boiler combustion chamber is composed of a large-diameter full-corrugated furnace, with large combustion space, complete fuel combustion, effective absorption of thermal expansion, and large radiant heating surface.
3. Sufficient heat The total heating area of the boiler is sufficient to fully absorb the effective heat, the exhaust gas temperature is low, the heat loss is small, the output is sufficient, and the efficiency is high.
4. Strong thermal load regulation ability The pot shell has a large diameter, large water capacity, strong adaptability to load changes, and stable output.
5. Thoroughly solve the problem of hot water boiler supercooling boiling. The return system of the hot water boiler is scientifically arranged, which increases the disturbance of the water side of the heating surface in the high temperature zone, avoids the phenomenon of subcooling boiling in local areas, and completely solves the problem of high temperature zone pipes. The problem of cracks in the plate and tube ends.
6. Multifunctional safety and explosion-proof device The back panel of the boiler is equipped with an explosion-proof device connected to the furnace to prevent the high energy generated at the moment of deflagration in the furnace when the fuel is violently ignited in the furnace. It can automatically reset, and has a fire sight glass and maintenance. The function of the channel is to make use of the adjustment of the combustion flame during operation to facilitate furnace inspection and maintenance.
7. Convenient maintenance in the boiler. The top of the boiler is equipped with a manhole, and the middle and lower parts of the front and rear ends of the boiler are respectively equipped with unique hand-hole devices, which facilitate the inspection and cleaning of the equipment in the boiler and the bottom of the boiler.
8. Unique front and rear smoke box sealing. The smoke box adopts double-opening smoke box door, which is easy to open, multi-stage labyrinth seal, special sealing material, good compressibility, completely block the leakage of smoke, and can be reused.
9. Reliable pressure and temperature protection. Multiple control protections for boiler pressure and water temperature, as well as over-smoke temperature protection, ensure the safety of boiler operation.
10. Leading level of automatic control The boiler controller adopts Siemens/Delixi electrical components with reliable performance. There are three types of controllers: ordinary type, Chinese and English menu type with LCD display, touch screen type with man-machine dialogue remote control
