Product Description

H fin tube known as square fin tube. There are two types of H fin tubes: one type with single tube (normally called square fin tube), and the other with double tube (normally called rectangular fin tubes). These can also be manufactured as per customers' requirements.

Due to their rectangular shapes, these tubes offer larger surface area compared to spiral finned tubes. The increased surface area makes these finned tubes ideal for air heating applications where space optimization is required.

Principle
  • H fin tube is a boiler component where two steel circular symmetries are welded on fluorescent tubes to form fins in a shape resembling the letter "H", hence called H-fin tube.
  • H-economizer is widely used in utility boilers, industrial boilers, and marine power systems as heat exchanger components.
  • The two rectangular fins resemble a square, with edge length twice that of the fluorescent tubes, expanding the heating surface area.
  • H-economizer uses flash resistance welding processes with high fusion rates, producing welds with excellent tensile strength and thermal conductivity.
  • Dual tube "double H" type fin tubes can also be manufactured, offering rigid structures suitable for longer tube row applications.
