Boiler Economizer Introduction
Boiler economizers are advanced heat exchange devices with finned tubes that efficiently heat liquids up to, but not exceeding, their boiling points. We manufacture three types of boiler economizers:
- Bare tube economizer
- H finned tube economizer
- Spiral finned tube economizer
The H-finned tube economizer is a high-efficiency heat exchanger consisting of specialized H-finned tubes. Compared with bare tube economizers, H-finned tube economizers provide significant advantages:
- Enlarged heat exchange area with reduced number of tubes
- Increased flue gas flow area to reduce flow speed and abrasion
- Available as double H finned tubes with high rigidity for long tube rows
The spiral finned economizer represents newly designed heat transfer equipment that overcomes serious abrasion issues and extends service life.
Economizer Function
The primary function of the economizer is to "economize" or save on cooling costs by reducing compressor operation time while maintaining adequate cooling capacity, resulting in significant energy savings.
