High Frequency Welded (HFW) Spiral Fin Tubes provide maximum extended surface area for enhanced heat transfer efficiency in heat recovery steam generators (HRSG), waste heat boilers, and industrial economizers. The high-frequency resistance welding process creates a 100% metallurgical bond between the fin strip and the base tube, ensuring reliable heat conduction and mechanical integrity under thermal cycling conditions.
- Metallurgical Bond: HFW process creates a solid-state weld with no filler metal, achieving bond strength exceeding the parent material
- Continuous Spiral Fin: Single continuous fin strip helically wound and simultaneously welded for uniform heat transfer surface
- Custom Fin Geometry: Adjustable fin height (6-25mm), fin thickness (0.8-2.0mm), and fin pitch (4-15mm) to meet specific duty requirements
- Fin Pull-Off Test: Each production lot tested for fin bond integrity per ASME and EN standards
- Bare Ends: Plain tube ends provided for welding into headers per project specifications
