The H-finned tube economizer represents a high-efficiency heat exchange solution constructed from specialized H-finned tubes. Compared to traditional bare tube economizers, this design significantly expands the heat exchange surface area while reducing the total number of tubes required. This configuration also increases flue gas flow area, effectively reducing flow velocity and minimizing abrasion.
H-finned tubes can be manufactured as double H finned tubes, providing enhanced rigidity suitable for extended tube row applications. The spiral finned economizer incorporates a newly engineered design utilizing spiral fin tubes to address issues of severe abrasion and extend service life.
